Free Climbing
In rock climbing, the term 'free climbing' refers to making upwards progress without the use of ropes and other equipment.
These pictures of sisters Cameron and Linnea Russell were taken one winter weekend in January 2009 at their family home in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Linnea is champion rock climber and has an unusually high ape index. When I went to visit for the weekend Linnea had built a fort in the living room out of cardboard boxes. It was pretty cool.
